Hi, I'm Amanda

As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach… I help professional women regain their edge and continue to excel in business, health, and relationships.

I was a delusional overachiever and let my job crash and burn my life, and it took me almost a year and a half to recover my career, health, and sense of self.

I'm fortunate that I was finally able to find my focus and direction, but it could have happened MUCH faster if I'd had a tool that could have helped me earlier in the process - or maybe even before I was burned out and miserable.
